Samhi Hotels signs agreement for 162-room hotel in Noida with Ingka Centres

SAMHI Hotels Limited, through its wholly-owned subsidiary SAMHI Skyline Private Limited, has entered into an agreement with Ingka Centres India Private Limited to lease an upscale ~162-room hotel. This hotel will be situated within Ingka Centres' upcoming ~2.5 million sq. ft. mixed-use development in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The collaboration, signed on April 15, 2026, reinforces SAMHI's strategy of partnering with leading institutional organizations and expands its footprint in the Delhi NCR region. The project will be executed under SAMHI’s capital-efficient, long-term variable lease model, with Ingka leasing the building and SAMHI investing in interior fit-outs. The hotel will operate under an international brand. This move is expected to leverage strong captive demand and high visibility within the development, contributing to Noida's positioning as a commercial and hospitality hub.
