
Samhi Hotels to acquire 49% equity in two Clean Max entities
Samhi Hotels' board approved two key actions: acquiring 49% equity interest in Clean Max Nile Private Limited and Clean Max Solomon Private Limited for ₹1,45,80,000/- each. This investment aims to source renewable solar energy for some of the company's subsidiary hotels in Maharashtra and Karnataka, leading to higher renewable energy offtake and savings in annual utility costs. Additionally, the board approved investing ₹44,01,80,000/- in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Duet India Hotels (Hyderabad) Private Limited, by way of secondary acquisition of Compulsorily Convertible Cumulative Preference Shares from another subsidiary, Duet India Hotels (Pune) Private Limited.
