Sampre Nutritions Ltd Closes Trading Window for Q4 FY 2025-26

Sampre Nutritions Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for the fourth quarter and financial year 2025-26. The closure will commence on 1 April 2026 and will last until 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results. The decision is in accordance with Regulation 9 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Company’s Code of Conduct. Promoters, directors, designated persons, specific connected persons, and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in securities of the Company during this period.
