Samrat Forgings Reappoints MD and Independent Director

Samrat Forgings Ltd announced the reappointment of Mr. Rakesh M. Kumar as Managing Director for a three-year term and Mr. Satish Chander Sharma as Independent Director for a five-year term. Both reappointments are subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Kumar, with over three decades of experience, will continue to oversee marketing, sales, technical, financial, and administrative affairs. Mr. Sharma, with extensive banking experience, will continue his role as an Independent Director. Both directors have confirmed they are not debarred from holding office.
