Samsrita Labs Appoints Tungala & Co. as Internal Auditor for FY27

Samsrita Labs Ltd appointed M/s Tungala & Co., Chartered Accountants, as the Internal Auditors for the financial year 2026-27, following the recommendation of the Audit Committee. This decision was made during the Board of Directors meeting held on May 29, 2026. The board also approved the write-off of outstanding sundry creditors amounting to ₹3,14,676 and trade receivables/doubtful debts of ₹2,08,99,089 due from M/s Mangala Savitri Bizcon Private Limited.
