Samvardhana Motherson Acquisition Completion Delayed to July 2026

Samvardhana Motherson International Limited has provided an update regarding its previously disclosed acquisition. The acquisition, involving Motherson Global Investments B.V. (MGI BV), an indirect wholly owned subsidiary, of the business, assets, and real estate of Nexans autoelectric GmbH and Elektrokontact GmbH, along with shares in their foreign subsidiaries, was initially slated for completion in Q1 FY2026-2027. The company now expects the transaction to be finalized in July 2026, subject to the satisfaction of all conditions precedent. This update is in accordance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
