Samvardhana Motherson International Incorporates Dubai Subsidiary

Samvardhana Motherson International Limited has announced the incorporation of a new subsidiary, MHSCL JVC Holding Limited, in Dubai. This entity is a joint venture with Hellmann Worldwide Logistics (MESA) Holding Limited, established to provide logistics solutions to the automotive industry globally (excluding Japan). Samvardhana Motherson International will hold a 51% stake in the new venture, with an initial subscribed share capital of USD 1,000,000. The incorporation follows a Joint Venture Agreement signed on March 19, 2026.
