Samvardhana Motherson International Limited has issued a corporate guarantee in favor of Axis Bank Limited for a credit facility availed by its subsidiary, Motherson Electronic Components Private Limited (MECPL). The credit facility amounts to INR 16,000,000,000 (₹1600 Crores). The company's potential liability is capped at the facility amount plus interest.
