Virendra Capital Markets Pvt Ltd has acquired an aggregate of 11,00,000 equity shares in Samyak International Limited through a preferential allotment on August 17, 2026. This acquisition represents 9.17% of the company's total paid-up equity share capital. The total equity share capital of Samyak International Limited before the acquisition was Rs. 7,99,72,000, consisting of 79,97,200 equity shares. Post-acquisition, the equity share capital stands at Rs. 9,09,72,000, comprising 90,97,200 equity shares. The shares have been allotted but are awaiting trading and listing approval from the stock exchange.
