Sandur Manganese Appoints Two Independent Directors

Sandur Manganese & Iron Ores Ltd announced the appointment of T. R. Raghunandan and Pankajam Sridevi as Independent Directors. T. R. Raghunandan, a former IAS officer, will serve a 5-year term from July 9, 2026, to July 8, 2031, and will continue as Chairman. Pankajam Sridevi, with over 35 years of experience in manufacturing, technology, and banking, will serve a 5-year term from July 10, 2026, to July 9, 2031. Both appointments are subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM and are based on the Nomination and Remuneration Committee's recommendation. Neither director is debarred from holding office.
