Sandur Manganese fixes Aug 12 as record date for ₹0.50 final dividend

Sandur Manganese & Iron Ores Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on July 9, 2026, has fixed Wednesday, August 12, 2026, as the record date for the purpose of its final dividend. The company proposes to pay a final dividend of ₹0.50 per equity share of ₹10 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. This dividend is subject to approval by the shareholders at the upcoming 72nd Annual General Meeting. The payment of the dividend will be made within 30 days of its approval.
