Sanghi Industries Ltd Amalgamated with Ambuja Cements Ltd, Record Date Fixed for Share Swap

Sanghi Industries Ltd has announced the effectiveness of the Scheme of Arrangement with Ambuja Cements Ltd. The companies have complied with all conditions and the Scheme has become effective from March 12, 2026. The Finance Committee of Sanghi Industries Ltd has approved April 6, 2026 as the Record Date for determining the shareholders whose equity shares will stand cancelled and to whom the new equity shares of Ambuja Cements Ltd will be issued as per the Swap Ratio set out in the Scheme.
