Sanghvi Movers Ltd announced the re-appointment of M/s M S K A & Associates LLP as its Statutory Auditors for a second term of five years. This decision was approved by the shareholders at the 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on August 24, 2025. The new term will commence from the conclusion of the 37th AGM and extend until the conclusion of the 42nd AGM, covering the financial years 2026-27 through 2030-31.
