Rishi Sanghvi, a member of the Promoter Group of Sanghvi Movers Limited, has acquired 1,05,53,614 shares, representing 12.19% of the total voting capital. This acquisition, which occurred on September 10, 2026, has increased his direct shareholding in the company to 1,43,96,880 shares, constituting 16.63% of the total equity share capital. Prior to this transaction, Sanghvi held 2,49,50,494 shares, representing 28.82% of the voting capital. The acquisition was conducted off-market.
