Spectrum Electrical Industries: Deepak Chaudhari Acquires 2.49 Lakh Warrants

Spectrum Electrical Industries Limited has announced the acquisition of 2,49,750 warrants convertible into equity shares by Deepak Suresh Chaudhari and Persons Acting in Concert (PACs). This acquisition was made through a preferential allotment. Following this, Deepak Suresh Chaudhari's holding, along with PACs, in the company has adjusted. The total diluted shareholding of the acquirer group has moved from 72.72% to 67.35%. The company's equity share capital has also increased post-allotment.
