Sanmit Infra Appoints New Statutory Auditor, Accepts Director Resignation

Sanmit Infra Ltd announced in a board meeting held on July 10, 2026, the acceptance of the resignation of Mr. Ajay Nanik Chandwani as an Independent Director due to advancing age and health issues. The company also accepted the resignation of its statutory auditor, M/s. PAMS & Associates. Subsequently, the board approved the appointment of M/s. S S S S & Associates as the new statutory auditor for a term of five years, from FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31, subject to member approval. The board also confirmed the distribution of net proceeds from the sale of fractional shares arising from equity share consolidation.
