Sanmit Infra Appoints New Statutory Auditor, Accepts Director Resignation

Sanmit Infra Ltd announced in a board meeting held on July 10, 2026, the acceptance of the resignation of Mr. Ajay Nanik Chandwani as Non-Executive Independent Director due to health reasons. The board also accepted the resignation of M/s. PAMS & Associates as Statutory Auditor. Subsequently, M/s. S S S S & Associates has been appointed as the new Statutory Auditor for a term of 5 years, subject to member approval. The company also confirmed the distribution of net proceeds from the sale of fractional shares post equity consolidation.
