The auditors cited geographical constraints as the primary reason, stating that their Bhubaneswar office's distance from Sanmit Infra's Mumbai operations makes it challenging to efficiently conduct audits. The company's Audit Committee and Board of Directors will address this in upcoming meetings to appoint a new statutory auditor and fill the casual vacancy.
