Sanstar Ltd: Change in Chairperson of Stakeholders Relationship Committee

Sanstar Ltd has announced a change in the Chairperson of its Stakeholders Relationship Committee (SRC). Mr. Aniket Sunil Talati has resigned as Chairperson, effective October 7, 2026, but will continue to serve as an Independent Director and a member of the SRC and other committees. Ms. Sejal Ronak Agrawal has been appointed as the new Chairperson of the SRC, approved by the Board of Directors via circular resolution on October 13, 2026. The composition of all other board committees remains unchanged.
