Sanstar Ltd: MDs Re-appointed, Directors Regularized at AGM

Sanstar Ltd announced at its 44th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 23, 2026, the re-appointment of Mr. Gouthamchand Sohanlal Chowdhary as Managing Director and Mr. Sambhav Gautam Chowdhary and Mr. Shreyans Gautam Chowdhary as Joint Managing Directors for a further term of five years each, effective September 1, 2026. Additionally, the appointment of Mr. Jacques Georges Florent Guglielmi as Nominee Director and Mr. Niraj Yogeshbhai Shah as Independent Director, both initially appointed on June 24, 2026, were regularized. These appointments were approved by the members with the requisite majority upon the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Board of Directors.
