Sanwaria Consumer Ltd Reports Q3 Financial Results, Faces Insolvency Proceedings
Sanwaria Consumer Ltd has reported its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended on 30.09.25. The company has prepared the statement in accordance with the Indian Accounting Standard 34 and other accounting principles generally accepted in India. However, the company is facing insolvency proceedings initiated by a creditor, Mr. Kishor Ramniklal Unadikat, under The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has appointed Mr. Rajiv Goyal as the Insolvency Resolution Professional (IRP) and later replaced him with Mr. Gautam Mittal as the Resolution Professional. The company invited expressions of interest for its revival, received five eligible EOIs, and discussed the Resolution Plans. However, none of the plans were approved by the members of the COC, leading to the initiation of the Liquidation Process of the Company. The bank balances are subject to confirmation from the management, and there have been no transactions in bank accounts in the past period except for two banks accounts.
