Saraswati Commercial re-appoints Vallabh Prasad Biyani as Independent Director

Saraswati Commercial India Ltd announced the re-appointment of Mr. Vallabh Prasad Biyani as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a second term of 5 years. This decision, recommended by the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, was approved by the Board of Directors on August 12, 2026. The re-appointment is effective from February 11, 2027, to February 10, 2032, and is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Mr. Biyani, a Chartered Accountant with over 40 years of experience in finance and accounts, is not related to any other director on the board and is not debarred from holding a director's office by any authority.
