Sarda Proteins Ltd Changes Name to Fresita Proteins Ltd

Sarda Proteins Ltd has officially changed its name to Fresita Proteins Limited, effective August 21, 2026, as approved by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA). The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) has also approved the new name and will implement a new Scrip ID, 'FRESITA', effective September 21, 2026. The company is completing formalities with depositories (NSDL and CDSL) to update its records. This name change does not affect stakeholder rights or liabilities, though the company must display its old name alongside the new one for two years.
