Sarveshwar Foods AGM Notice Corrigendum Issued

Sarveshwar Foods Limited has issued a corrigendum to its Annual General Meeting (AGM) notice originally dated September 5, 2026. The corrigendum addresses changes to Item No. 6 and its explanatory statement concerning a preferential issue of up to 22,25,00,000 fully convertible warrants. This update is in response to clarifications requested by BSE and NSE. A typographical error in a beneficiary owner's name has also been rectified. The AGM is scheduled for September 30, 2026.
