Sasken Tech: FY26 Results, Final Dividend of ₹13 Approved

Sasken Technologies Ltd. announced its standalone and consolidated audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The Board approved a final dividend of ₹13 per equity share, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM. They had earlier declared an interim dividend of ₹12 per share on November 7, 2025. Additionally, the Board recommended the re-appointment of M/s. M S K A & Associates LLP as Statutory Auditors for a second term of up to five years, from the conclusion of the 38th AGM until the conclusion of the 43rd AGM.
