Sasken Technologies Appoints V. Suryanarayanan as Additional Director

Sasken Technologies Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. V. Suryanarayanan as an Additional Director (Independent Category). The appointment, recommended by the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and approved by the Board of Directors, is effective from June 12, 2026, for a term of up to five consecutive years. Mr. Suryanarayanan, a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of experience in finance leadership roles, previously served as Executive Vice President and Group Chief Financial Officer of Mphasis Ltd. His appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
