Sasken Tech Recommends Final Dividend of ₹13

Sasken Technologies Ltd has recommended a final dividend of ₹13 per equity share of ₹10 each for the year ended March 31, 2026, subject to member approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. This follows an interim dividend of ₹12 per share declared earlier on November 7, 2025. The board also approved the re-appointment of M/s. M S K A & Associates LLP as Statutory Auditors for a second term of up to five consecutive years, from the conclusion of the 38th AGM till the conclusion of the 43rd AGM.
