Sasken Technologies Appoints V. Suryanarayanan as Additional Director

Sasken Technologies Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. V. Suryanarayanan as an Additional Director (Independent Category) to its Board of Directors. The appointment, recommended by the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, is effective from June 12, 2026, for a term of up to five consecutive years. Mr. Suryanarayanan, a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of experience in finance leadership roles, previously served as Executive Vice President and Group Chief Financial Officer of Mphasis Ltd. His expertise includes financial management, corporate finance, taxation, risk management, and strategic leadership. He is not related to any existing director on the board and is not debarred from holding a directorship.
