Aeroflex: Promoter Group increases stake to 7.54% via open market

A Flex Invest Private Limited, a part of Aeroflex Enterprises Limited's Promoter Group, acquired 1,75,700 equity shares of the company on September 17, 2026. This open market transaction, executed at ₹120.25 per share, increased their total shareholding from 7.38% to 7.54% of the company's issued and paid-up equity share capital. Following the acquisition, the promoter group entity now holds 85,23,200 equity shares. This disclosure was made in compliance with Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
