Saurashtra Cement Appoints Anurag Tiwari as MD-Designate

Saurashtra Cement Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Anurag Tiwari as Managing Director-Designate and Senior Management Personnel, effective October 16, 2026. This appointment follows a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approval by the Board of Directors. Mr. Tiwari brings 29 years of experience from companies like L&T, Siemens, UltraTech Cement, Vedanta, and SAR Group. He is an IIT Roorkee and IIM Bangalore alumnus with a strong track record in business turnarounds and operational improvements. He is not related to any director or promoter of the company. The board meeting was held on October 12, 2026.
