Saurashtra Cement Ltd announced the appointment of Ms. Sonali Sanas as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of its Paints Division, effective August 16, 2026. This follows the resignation of the previous CEO, Mr. Surender Bhatia, whose cessation is effective August 14, 2026. Ms. Sanas, currently the Chief Legal Officer and Company Secretary, brings over 26 years of diverse leadership experience across various sectors, including cement, steel, media, and family office. Her extensive background in corporate leadership, governance, and people management is expected to drive the Paints Division's growth.
