Saurashtra Cement MD Re-appointment Considered for One Year

Saurashtra Cement Ltd's Board of Directors, based on the Nomination & Remuneration Committee's recommendation, has considered the re-appointment of Mr. M. S. Gilotra as Managing Director. The proposed term is for one year, from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2027. This re-appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Mr. Gilotra, aged 76, has extensive experience in the cement industry and has been associated with the company since 1995. He is not debarred from holding directorships by any regulatory authority.
