Saurashtra Cement MD Re-appointment for 1 Year

Saurashtra Cement Ltd announced the re-appointment of Mr. M.S. Gilotra as Managing Director for a further period of one year, from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2027. This decision was made by the Board of Directors based on the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee during their meeting on August 24, 2026. The re-appointment is subject to the approval of the company's shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). Mr. Gilotra, aged 76, is a seasoned professional with over four decades of experience in the cement industry and has been associated with the company since 1995. He is not debarred from holding a director's office by any regulatory authority.
