Saurashtra Cement Receives Appellate Order from Income Tax

Saurashtra Cement Ltd has received an appellate order from the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals), National Faceless Appeal Center (NFAC) dated July 13, 2026. The order, passed under section 250 for Assessment Year 2019-20, allows the company's appeal partly. Saurashtra Cement has stated that there will be no additional financial impact on the company due to this order. The company intends to file a second appeal before the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, Rajkot, in due course.
