Saurashtra Cement receives favorable Income Tax Appeal Order

Saurashtra Cement Ltd received an appeal order from the Income Tax Department for Assessment Year 2017-18 on April 24, 2026. The order, passed under Section 250 of the Income-tax Act, 1961, gives effect to an appellate order allowing the company's claim for deduction under Section 80IA, including on enhancement of income. The company stated there is no material impact on its financials, operations, or other activities. Saurashtra Cement had already filed an appeal against the original Appellate Order concerning the enhancement of income.
