Saven Technologies Revises Intimation of Window Closure

Saven Technologies Ltd has revised its intimation regarding the closure of the trading window. As per the company's code of conduct for prevention of insider trading and SEBI regulations, the trading window will be closed for all directors, designated persons, connected persons, employees, and their immediate relatives. This closure is with respect to the approval and declaration of financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, and will be effective from April 1, 2026, until May 24, 2026, which is 48 hours after the board meeting scheduled for May 22, 2026.
