Sayaji Hotels Reconstitutes Board Committees

Sayaji Hotels Ltd announced the reconstitution of its Audit Committee and Stakeholders Relationship Committee following the resignation of Mrs. Suchitra Dhanani, a Whole-time Director. The changes were approved at a Board of Directors meeting held on July 6, 2026. The revised committees now comprise Mr. Nimeshkumar Natwarlal Gandhi as Chairman, and Mrs. Isha Garg and Mr. Saquib Salim Agboatwala as Members for both committees. This reconstitution is in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
