Sayaji Hotels Subsidiary Appoints New Statutory Auditor

Sayaji Hotels (Pune) Ltd announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Super Civiltech Private Limited, has appointed M/s Manish Joshi & Associates as its new Statutory Auditor. The appointment was approved by the members at the subsidiary's 11th Annual General Meeting held on September 3, 2026. M/s Manish Joshi & Associates, a Chartered Accountants firm with extensive experience, will serve for a term of five years, concluding at the 16th Annual General Meeting in 2031.
