Sayaji Industries Appoints M/s TRS & Associates as Internal Auditor

Sayaji Industries Ltd has appointed M/s TRS & Associates, a Chartered Accountancy firm registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (Firm Registration no. 141126W), as its Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-2027. The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee. M/s TRS & Associates provides assurance, advisory, and compliance services, with experience in statutory audit, internal audit, regulatory compliance including SEBI ICDR & LODR requirements, strategic business advisory, IPO related advisory, IND AS implementation, and valuations.
