Sayaji Industries Appoints Niravkumar C Mistry as CFO w.e.f. Aug 8, 2026

Sayaji Industries Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Niravkumar C Mistry as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel of the company. The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors on August 7, 2026, and is effective from August 8, 2026. Mr. Mistry brings over 20 years of experience in finance, including fundraising, working capital management, debt capital markets, M&A, strategy, and finance & accounts. He has previously worked with prominent corporations such as Megha Engineering & Infrastructure Ltd, Arvind Ltd, Adani Group, and Reliance Industries Ltd. This appointment is in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
