SBFC Finance Appoints Sanket Agrawal as New CFO

SBFC Finance Ltd announced a change in its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) following the resignation of Mr. Narayan Barasia, effective July 15, 2026. The Board of Directors, upon recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee, has appointed Mr. Sanket Agrawal as the new CFO and Key Managerial Personnel, effective July 16, 2026. Mr. Agrawal, previously the Chief Strategy Officer & IR, brings over 13 years of experience in audit, advisory, and executive leadership. The company also updated its authorized officials for determining materiality of events and disclosures.
