Scan Projects Ltd Announces Trading Window Closure for Q1 2026

Scan Projects Ltd, in accordance with the SEBI (LODR) and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, has announced the closure of the trading window for all Designated Persons, including Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Designated Employees, and other Connected Persons. The closure will be effective from April 01, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the audited financial results for the quarter/year ended on March 31, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for considering the financial results will be intimated to the stock Exchange as per the provisions of the SEBI(LODR).
