SGL Resources Appoints New Company Secretary & Compliance Officer

SGL Resources Ltd announced a change in its key management personnel following a Board of Directors meeting held on June 25, 2026. Mrs. Foram Sagar Bhuva resigned as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer due to personal reasons, with her resignation effective from June 24, 2026. Subsequently, the Board approved the appointment of Mrs. Rekha Vishal Jhanwar as the new Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, effective June 25, 2026. Mrs. Jhanwar brings over 12 years of experience in corporate secretarial practice and governance.
