Schaeffler India Appoints Christophe Hannequin as Director

Schaeffler India Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Christophe Hannequin as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, effective July 1, 2026. The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors via a circular resolution on June 26, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. This appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Additionally, Mr. Chetan Kumar Maini has been appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a term of five years, also effective July 1, 2026, and pending shareholder approval. The company is also seeking shareholder approval for these appointments through a postal ballot.
