Scoda Tubes Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on August 12, 2026, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The meeting will also address any other business as decided by the board. Concurrently, the company has closed its trading window from July 1, 2026, for designated persons and their relatives, which will reopen 48 hours after the financial results are published, in compliance with SEBI's insider trading regulations.
