SDC Techmedia: Independent Director Resigns, New Director Appointed

SDC Techmedia Ltd announced that Ms. Megha Saraf has resigned as an Independent Director, effective November 02, 2026, due to her employer's internal policies. Consequently, she has also stepped down from the Audit Committee and the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. The Board of Directors, upon the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, has approved the appointment of Ms. Nidhi Jajodia as an Additional Director (Non-Executive, Independent) with effect from November 02, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Ms. Jajodia is a qualified Company Secretary with 10 years of experience in corporate law and compliance.
