Sea TV Network to close cable business operations

Sea TV Network Limited's Board of Directors has approved the closure of its cable business operations due to commercial non-viability and operational challenges. This segment represented an insignificant portion of the company's overall operations and contributed nil revenue in FY25-26. The company will also surrender its Digital Addressable System (DAS) license. This strategic decision is expected to have no material adverse effect on the company and aligns with its focus on core business areas. The closure process is anticipated to be completed by December 31, 2026.
