SecUR Credentials Appoints New MD, Directors, and CFO

SecUR Credentials Ltd announced key management changes following a Board Meeting on July 17, 2026. Mr. Ashish Ramesh Mahendrakar has been elevated from Executive Director to Managing Director. The company also appointed Mr. Yogesh Kumar as Non-Executive (Non-Independent) Director, and Ms. Shivi Jindal, Ms. Gitika Garg, and Ms. Apra Sharma as Non-Executive (Independent) Directors, each for a five-year term. Additionally, Mr. Soni Agarwal has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel. The board also noted the resignations of Independent Directors Mr. Amit Kumar Bharti and Mr. Shireen Mohd Haneef Khan.
