SEL Manufacturing Company Ltd. Closes Trading Window for Designated Persons

SEL Manufacturing Company Ltd. has announced the closure of the trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives. The closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading. The trading window will remain closed from 1st April, 2026 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting to approve the Audited Financial Results will be intimated later.
