SEPC Ltd Cancels Letter of Intent from TCIL

SEPC Ltd has informed the stock exchange about the cancellation of a Letter of Intent (LOI) from Telecommunications Consultants India Limited (TCIL). The LOI, which was received on February 7, 2026, has been cancelled as per a communication dated March 03, 2026 from TCIL. SEPC Ltd is taking appropriate steps in the matter and will keep the Stock Exchanges informed of any material developments in accordance with SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
